Bita’s candlelight staging is a design service of its own: hundreds of candles at varied heights, gold or silver candelabras marching down a long table, votives scattered across a lounge, pillar clusters at an entrance, crystal bowls of candle sand with rose petals. Paired with florals it is Diamond Vase’s signature look. On its own, it can carry a whole event.
Everything is staged from Bita’s own collection, which is also available to rent on its own. Text 310-858-0095 with the date, the venue and the number of tables, and she replies by text with a candle plan and a price.

Pour, set the wick, and light
Diamond Vase candle sand turns any bowl, glass or vessel into a candle. Pour the sand in, set the wick, and light. It comes in black Diamond Vase pouches with wicks, and Bita uses it across her own tables, most often in crystal swan bowls with rose petals.
How staging works
Three steps, one text
1. Send the space
Text Bita a photo or floor plan of the room and the number of tables, along with the date and the venue.
2. Bita proposes a plan
She replies by text with a candle plan, with or without florals, and a price. A deposit by Zelle or Venmo holds the date.
3. Delivered, set, lit, collected
On the day she delivers, sets, lights where permitted, and collects everything afterward.

Diamond Vase works from a private studio in Beverly Hills and delivers, sets up and styles across the Westside and greater Los Angeles: Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Westwood, Century City, Pico-Robertson, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Culver City, at hotels, synagogues, restaurants, private homes and backyards. Farther afield is often possible; just ask.

Questions about candlelight
Are real candles allowed at my venue?
Most Los Angeles hotels and synagogues allow enclosed flames or require LED. Bita checks the policy before the event and stages either.
How many candles do I need per table?
For a 60-inch round, roughly nine to fifteen votives plus one or two tapers or a low candelabra; for a long table, a candle every twelve to eighteen inches. Bita sizes the plan to the room.
Can I have candlelight without flowers?
Yes. Candlelight staging is a service on its own, and it can carry a whole event. Pair it with arrangements or wedding florals whenever you like.
Can I rent the candelabras and do it myself?
Yes. Everything Bita stages with is in her rental collection, delivered or collected from the studio by appointment. Add candles and candle sand to go with them.
How do I pay?
By Zelle or Venmo, after Bita has texted you the plan and the price. There is no online checkout.
