A gala room is judged twice, from across the floor and again in the photographs, so she designs for both: enough height and volume to carry a big room, enough detail up close to hold a table through a long dinner.
She works within event budgets, coordinates with your committee, planner and venue, and can pair the florals with candlelight staging so the whole room glows for the recap. Tell her the number you have to work with and she designs to it.

Candlelight across every table
In a large room, candlelight does more per dollar than anything else on the table. Bita stages candelabras, tapers, pillars and votives from her own collection, lit where the venue permits, so the whole ballroom glows in the photographs. Usually paired with the florals; sometimes on its own for a luncheon or a smaller dinner.

Bita proposes
She replies by text with a proposal: two or three options at different price points, so the committee can choose.
Confirm with Zelle or Venmo
A deposit by Zelle or Venmo confirms the date. There is no online checkout.
Installed and collected
Bita delivers, installs and styles with the venue, and collects rentals afterward.
Large table counts are welcome; tell Bita the number and she designs around it. The fall gala season fills early, so reach out as soon as the date is set. Bita handles load-in, timing and candle policies directly with the hotel, synagogue or school and your planner, so the committee has one thing fewer to manage on the night.

Farther afield is often possible; just ask.
