The fastest way
See something you love? Tap Request.
Every arrangement, gift box and rental piece on this site has a Request button. Tap it, and the photo of that piece, your name and phone number, and the delivery address you enter go straight to Bita’s phone as a text. She sees exactly what caught your eye, so there is nothing to describe and nothing to look up. She texts you back to confirm the design, the price and the delivery time, and the two of you settle the rest in a few messages.
If you would rather talk it through first, text or call 310-858-0095, the quickest way to reach her, or message @diamondvase on Instagram. For weddings and larger events, Bita also meets you at your venue, or at the studio by appointment. Either way, she replies by text.
What to include
Five things that help Bita design for you
Whether you tap Request or write to her directly, a few details let Bita reply with a design and a price on the first message instead of a list of questions:
- The date you need it, and the time if it matters.
- The occasion: a birthday, a new baby, Shabbat, a sympathy gift, a dinner, an event.
- Delivery or pickup, and the neighborhood if it is delivery.
- Colors you love, and colors to avoid. The second list is as useful as the first.
- A budget or a size. Tell her what you would like to spend and she designs to it.
Photos of anything you love are always welcome, from the gallery, her Instagram or somewhere else entirely.

From first text to flowers at the door

Tap Request on any piece, or text or call 310-858-0095, or message @diamondvase. Share the date, the occasion, delivery or pickup, colors and a budget. Photos of anything you love are welcome.
Bita designs and quotes
She replies by text with a description or a sketch, and a price. For weddings and events she sends a short written proposal.
You pay by Zelle or Venmo
That confirms the order. Bita texts you her Zelle or Venmo details herself when you confirm. Nothing is charged on the site.
Delivery or pickup
Delivery across Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, or pickup from the private studio by appointment.
Payment
Zelle or Venmo, and that is all
Diamond Vase does not take credit cards through the website, and there is no online checkout. Payment is a simple transfer once you and Bita have agreed on the design and the price.
Arrangements, gift boxes and bouquets
Paid in full when you confirm. Once the payment lands, Bita goes to market for your flowers.

A deposit holds your date, and the balance is due before the event. Both are written into the proposal, so you know what is due and when.

Seats are paid in full to reserve your place. Classes are small, so the seat is yours once payment is confirmed.

Prices
Every piece is quoted for you, including the ones pictured on this site. Bita does not work from a price list of numbered designs; tell her your budget and she designs to it.
Delivery or pickup
To your door, or from the studio
Delivery
Bita delivers throughout Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, from Bel Air and Westwood to West Hollywood, Brentwood and Santa Monica. Farther afield, including the Valley, is often possible; just ask. The delivery fee is confirmed with your quote, and for events, delivery and setup are quoted with the event.
Pickup by appointment
Diamond Vase is a private home studio in Beverly Hills. There is no storefront, no walk-in hours and no address published online. When you order for pickup, Bita texts you a time and directions. Please arrive at the agreed time so the flowers leave the studio at their freshest.
Events and installations
For weddings, mitzvahs, dinners and galas, Bita delivers, sets up and styles at the venue herself, and collects rentals and candlelight pieces afterward.

Lead times
How far ahead to reach out
Arrangements, gift boxes and bouquets can often be done on short notice, depending on the market and the week’s schedule. If you need something quickly, including sympathy flowers, text Bita first and ask; she will tell you honestly what is possible that day, and the answer is often yes.
Events book further ahead. A Brit Milah comes together quickly because it has to, while kids’ birthdays, showers and dinners, then bar and bat mitzvahs, galas and finally weddings each want progressively more time for the proposal, the sourcing and the rentals. Candlelight staging and rentals depend on what is free on your date, so the earlier you ask, the more of the collection is available to you.
Classes are reserved when dates are announced and fill until the seats are gone. Norouz, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and December fill fast every year; order early for those weeks.
Where Bita delivers
Diamond Vase works from a private studio in Beverly Hills and delivers, sets up and styles across the Westside and greater Los Angeles: Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Westwood, Century City, Pico-Robertson, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Culver City, at hotels, synagogues, restaurants, private homes and backyards. Farther afield is often possible; just ask.
Changes & cancellations
If plans change
Plans change. The simplest rule is to text Bita as soon as you know.
Arrangements
Changes to the design, the message or the delivery address are welcome until Bita has bought your flowers, which is usually shortly before delivery. After that she will do what she can.
Events and weddings
The deposit reserves your date on the calendar, so please share changes to guest counts, timing or the venue as early as possible; the balance reflects what actually goes into the room.
Classes
Seats are limited and held by name. If you cannot make it, text Bita as soon as you know and ask about passing your seat to a friend.
